Definition
Convection: is the transfer of heat through fluids (gases or liquids) from a warmer spot to a cooler spot.
Hawaiian Translation: Paialewa

Example
The particles in fluids (liquids or gases) can move from place to place when heated. Convection occurs when particles with a lot of heat energy move and take the place of particles with less heat energy.
Heat energy is transferred from hot places to cooler places by convection.
