Submersible Vehicle: a means of transport for deep ocean exploration. Because of the darkness, cold and crushing pressures of the ocean depths, engineers have developed manned vehicles that descend to the sea floor, giving us the capacity to make detailed observations and collect samples of unexplored ecosystems.
